Incorrectly Supplied and Defective Items will be replaced, at no cost, as well as any order that has been fulfilled incorrectly. This can include items with the incorrect print, substantial print defects and wrong garment style/colour/size.
As each product is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind. Please ensure that you check our sizing guide relating to each product and select the correct size at checkout.
Please ensure you read the printing limitations disclaimer regarding our shirts as we are not able to refund on printing defects relating to dye sublimation streaking on creases.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
